To hold corpus that may not be withdrawn, with earnings periodically transferred to retained earnings accounts, from which withdrawals can be made by the parish for the cemetery operations, to reimburse the parish for expenditures for cemetery operations, or for deposit in the parish’s DIAL account for cemetery operations.
