For the benefit of seminarians studying for the priesthood in the Diocese of Rockford. If there are years where earnings are available, whether current or retained, but there are no seminarians currently studying for the priesthood for the Diocese of Rockford, I request that the earnings be used for tuition assistance at a Rockford Diocese School with a high percentage of low income families.
