Description

The St. Mary Catholic Church of East Dubuque Parish Endowment is created to serve as a permanent endowment resource for the general welfare, material and spiritual benefit and support of the religious, educational and/or charitable needs of St. Mary Catholic Church of East Dubuque. All income and earnings resulting from this endowment account are to be used on behalf of the church at the discretion and determination of the pastor and/or other persons who possess the legitimate authority to render such financial decisions under the regulations and policies of the Catholic Church and the Catholic Diocese of Rockford. At no time may the income and/or earnings of this endowment account be used in a way contrary to the doctrine, policies, regulations or interests of the Catholic Church, the Diocese of Rockford or St. Mary Catholic Church of East Dubuque.
