Callahan Liturgy Endowment
The earnings from this account are used at the discretion of the pastor for liturgical needs of the parish, music, books, parish missions and special liturgical events.

Cemetery Endowment
The purpose of the Endowment Program is to provide, through a program of planned giving, financial resources of the long-term continuation and growth of St. Joseph's Parish, its mission, programs and physical plant, and to provide the financial means to enable St. Joseph's Parish to meet its changing needs and demands. There are 3 program options: Education, Parish and Cemetery. The Cemetery option is used as a conduit for gifts designated for the maintenance of St. Joseph's Cemetery or for the perpetual care of individual cemetery sites.

Hugh Deneen Needy Endowment
This endowment has been created in the memory of Hugh Deneen, parishioner of St. Joseph Parish, Harvard. The earnings are to be used to benefit the poor. A committee consisting of the pastor of St. Joseph Parish, Harvard, a Sister from Centro San Hose, a member of the Finance Committee, and a lay representative from the parish appointed by the pastor will annually determine how the proceeds are to be used or reinvested.

Parish Debt Reduction Endowment
The earnings from this account are used at the discretion of the pastor to reduce debt for St. Joseph Church, Harvard.

Parish Endowment
The purpose of the Endowment Program is to provide, through a program of planned giving, financial resources of the long-term continuation and growth of St. Joseph's Parish, its mission, programs and physical plant, and to provide the financial means to enable St. Joseph's Parish to meet its changing needs and demands. There are 3 program options: Education, Parish and Cemetery. The Parish option is designed to provide funds for the maintenance, renovation and improvement of the Parish Church and other facilities and to provide funds for the existing and future ministries within the Parish, and for such other uses as may enable the Parish to meet its present and future needs.

Religious Education (1) Endowment
The purpose of the Endowment Program is to provide, through a program of planned giving, financial resources of the long-term continuation and growth of St. Joseph's Parish, its mission, programs and physical plant, and to provide the financial means to enable St. Joseph's Parish to meet its changing needs and demands. There are 3 program options: Education, Parish and Cemetery. The Education option is to provide funds for the maintenance, operation and improvement of the St. Joseph's school building and grounds, teachers' salaries, educational program development and enhancement, and such other uses as may perpetuate the Living Gospel of Christ in the minds and lives of our Parish family by providing education in Catholic doctrine and principles to all.

Religious Education (2) Endowment
The account has been established in November 2000, by the Board of Directors of the McHenry County Catholic Education Foundation with funds from the dissolution of the Foundation to continue the purposes as designated when the Foundation was established in 1973. To operate exclusively for religious, educational, and charitable purposes. To provide financial support to all facets of Catholic education within the parish including Confraternity of Christian Doctrine, Adult education, and any other present or future Catholic education programs. To reduce, but not guarantee the reduction of parish assessments levied to meet operating costs of the religious education programs; to reduce but not guarantee the reduction of tuition, fees and other assessments levied against students participating in the religious education programs; to reduce but not guarantee the reduction of the cost of education for needy students by providing scholarships; and to assist any other worthy educational programs or projects.
