The Bishop Arthur J. O'Neill Scholarship which was created on April 1, 1993, is to provide tuition assistance to students attending Catholic elementary and secondary schools in the Diocese of Rockford as determined in consultation with the Superintendent of Schools and the Diocesan Fiscal Manager for Catholic Education.
