Ellen R. Donahue Scholarship
To be held perpetually as a scholarship trust for the benefit of students of Quin High School, Freeport, Illinois. In each year the income from such trust fund shall be devoted, as directed by the Principal of said school and Superintendent of Freeport Catholic Schools, for tuition expense, at said high school, for need students of such high school, all within the sole judgement and discretion of said school officials.
