Parish Endowment Gift Amount: $   
Earnings provide funds for the maintenance, renovations and improvement of the parish church and other facilities, and to provide funds for the existing and future ministries within the parish, and for such other uses as may enable the parish to meet its present and future mission. All earnings resulting form the endowment are to be used according to the purposes of the endowment on behalf of the parish at the discretion of the pastor in consultation with the parish Finance Council and/or with the designated Parish Endowment Committee.

School Endowment Gift Amount: $   
Earnings provide funds for the operation, improvement and/or maintenance of the parish educational programs, goals and facilities so that high quality education and Christian instruction in discipleship of Jesus Christ and Catholic doctrine and way of life. All earnings resulting from this endowment are to be used according to the purposes of the endowment on behalf of the parish at the discretion of the pastor in consultation with the parish Finance Council and/or with the designated parish Endowment Committee.
